laptop : old laptop came windows 7 oem. upgraded 8 pro via retail key , later upgraded to 10 pro.

laptop b : new gaming laptop windows 10 home oem.

can use retail key installed on laptop upgrade laptop b windows 10 pro. yet want windows 10 in laptop a. can manage upgrade windows 7 oem windows 10, don't mind if laptop have 10 home.

yes, can, but, if laptop came windows 7 home, entitled windows 10 home.

you can't move license on laptop b laptop a, because oem license.

so, should let stay is.

on laptop b, need upgrade windows 10 pro, using diagnostics key:

upgrade windows 10 pro using following default product key:
