Touchscreen problem after anniversary update of WIN 10 - Microsoft Community

hello!

i have chuwi vi8 plus tablet , after win10 update touchscreen not works. have updated drivers , date hid i2c device has problem , cannot start error code 10.

i have tried search in forum , mentioned device not working actual update of intel(r) service io i2c es controller. conroller should rolled previous version. cannot roll , connot download version of driver.

is there possible solution?

error code 10 error message generated device manager in windows. let work on error. please check code 10 "this device cannot start"and follow troubleshooting steps on article resolve issue.

feel free post should have further concern.
