The search function always comes up with "No Files Found" even - Microsoft Community

i installed google drive within c: drive.  the search function comes "no files found" if write in exact file name.  my other laptops have windows 10 , google drive.  the search function works fine there.  even if type in 1 word within document file, other windows 10 pc's able produce results.

i using hp laptop amd processor. (bought costco).
