Compromised email led to infiltration - Microsoft Community

okay, i've got admit made extremely naïve, rookie mistake 10 days ago. allowed chief email address , password stolen , take full responsibility. "thief" had free reign computer for, think 6 hours. email attached iphone and, stroke of luck, apple id had been disabled, me, week earlier. also, had no credit card attached itunes, thief tried exploit not (idk why), attached bogus credit card apple account, whether @ point or not. backed of data , deleted personal files computer, deleted itunes. i'm in mid-forties and, 1 reason or another, missed of tech/internet revolution, many of can tell. if out there can remember being @ point , can empathize, appreciate information/experience/knowledge people have more knowledge do- people, think. don't need else tell me how irresponsible , downright of me. should noted have removed email account device , iphone , i'm trying think of how infiltrator have left backdoors open reenter @ later date. i've got new email addresses , have saved no passwords. found 15 obvious traps "he" laid try , me reveal more info deleted/uninstalled openings. had me in home group, included him of course, have removed myself home group, stopped sharing, , computer bare-bones right now. i'm worried advanced sharing though. extent of know how , know of in vain. if can me keep occurring again or has suggestions close backdoor may have left open, please let me know. thank you!
