(April 12, 2017) Windows-10 Upgrade and Windows-10 Creators - Microsoft Community

i downloaded new updates yesterday (4/12/2017) on both desktop , laptop. automatic notice included windows-10 upgrades , teaser on how download new windows-10 creators update. download of both upgrades went fine on both devices, although, when turn on desktop there's glitch after sign-in. after sign-in , windows begins open desktop there's quick (open/close) of 2 (cascading) black screens. appear can't read what's on them after close, system continues normal no other apparent problems.

it's not happening laptop, desktop pc. find annoying , concerning. of our experts have input on issue , how can resolved?
