using windows 7, control  panel, programs , features, turn windows features on or off:  windows features window appears no windows features appear.  unable control windows features.

wait awhile see if shows up.  it's been little slow.

otherwise from troubleshooting steps windows 7 establish clean boot, infection , system file scans. if irreparable files won't repair after 3 attempts or problems persist consider repair install.

however if haven't done 1 in awhile or still horrible factory install tech enthusiasts never run in first place, i'd consider doing clean reinstall windows 7 gold standard install in os quality of install everything.
