decided update pc w10 creators installation stucked 36 hours @ 91% , need use computer!!! dangerous hard turn off? please help. pc samsung np5004ch

did check samsungs website determine if model compatible creators update?

check list determine if computer compatible windows 10 creators update or anniversary update or not

if windows 10 upgrade assistant becomes stuck or unresponsive @ various percentages: 0%, 32%, 62%, 87%, 99%, please wait @ least 4 7 hours. if updating through windows update, when download reaches 99% disconnect internet lan (ethernet) or wi-fi proceed installation.

if setup not progress, close wizard restart computer. follow instructions upgrade manually using media creation tool or windows 10 iso file.
