try performing factory reset:
new computers come preinstalled windows have called recovery partition. used reinstall operating system in event of system crash. access it, need boot when start computer pressing function key. can either f1, f2, f9, f10, f11, f12 or del or tab key. consult owners manual came pc instructions how reinstall windows.

for toshiba, press , hold '0' before , during power up
for acer, press , hold alt + f10 see logo

for samsung, press f4 @ power up..
for fujitsu, press f8 key repeatedly directly after powering up
for advent, restart computer. press f10 repeatedly until message "starting system recovery" displayed
for sony vaio, restart , press "f8" or "f10" repeatedly until "advanced boot options" screen appears.
