No YouTube Access since Update Win 7 - Microsoft Community

since update last week 19th may?  i cannot access youtube or youtube content on other sites - timeout message.  on windows 7.  my laptop on win 10 had similar problem wu troubleshooter fixed - how fix win 7 pc?

based on information have provided in post, need further investigation. assist better, we'd know following: 

 

  • were there recent changes on device? 

  • were there external devices connected computer when happened? 

  • have installed software?

we'll keep eye out response.
