my laptop not letting me go on web keeps telling me need protection key not product key not know codes need funded

hello nikki,

for have better view on concern, kindly answer following:

  • when did concern started happening?
  • do receive message on browsers on computer?
  • were there changes made on computer before concern started happening?
  • do have third party antivirus software installed on computer?
