windows7 build7601 windows is not genuine - Microsoft Community

hi, i've read as can notification still don't understand has happened. today, renewed norton security online, thought loading correctly except had timed out warning seemed correct when re-opened norton. i've had laptop 5yrs , have never seen notification before. in bottom right corner of screen , screen has black background. norton not down them. tried phoning microsoft support number re-validate product key end speaking 3 different indian people , have concerns fake. internet user, not techi, ok continue is? internet working ok. help.

errr.....not sure i've done or if permanent fix. restored laptop previous timeline, week ago , logged norton account , re-loaded new subscription. seems ok.....for now.
