Windows store won't open and start menu issues - Microsoft Community

after upgrading creators update, windows store no longer opens. start menu slow come , can no longer search using too. films & tv app no longer open files, coming error "the remote procedure call failed."

i've tried several fixes such restarting pc begin , resetting windows apps using powershell cannot normal. it's not possible me revert old update.

suggest try creating new user account , see if issue persists on that.
