Windows 7 64 operating system. Scan to computer is not Available. - Microsoft Community

i have had several issues windows 7, first not being able update, has been resolved. second other issue not able scan computer, when last month able , of sudden not getting option. have hp envy 4520 in 1 , updates on printer have been installed, except 1 windows 7 isn't allowing me so. @ wits end not know else do. code when wu error code 80070490. after reading other post have tried cmd , there no error codes can see. have followed instructions selecting option wu not check updates , restarted , performed cmd. @ complete lost , can't afford upgrade windows 10. 

i have tried , still continue same error. have tried "fix it" , nothing. know ms want's upgrade, there of can't due our financial situation.
