while updating windows 10 annivesary version waited download finish. on completion started verify download. after verfying, download started again. knowing download file large not keen on starting again. did not give error, started over. annoying it. why wait download of on 3gb automatically deleted.

1. win10 anniversary update offered via windows update or did attempt install manually?

2. have ever run norton removal tool and/or mcafee consumer products removal tool?

3. same hp computer - not same problem - in 1 or both of these previous threads of yours?...
