printing from PC - Microsoft Community

my pc recognizes printer says ready not print.  there no warning , when @ printing log says printing.

what make , specific model of printer?

is printer connected wifi?

if no, ignore rest of reply.

if yes ...

• go devices , printers, right-click on icon printer, select "printer properties" , select "ports" tab
  • what content of "port" column on line checked , highlighted?  may need click , drag on faint vertical line between "ports" , "description" see entire width of ports column
    
    
• use printer's front panel controls determine printer's ip address.  see printer's user guide instructions.  if need step, don't forget answer first question above.
