Help me stop family features verify - Microsoft Community

if ever had reason @ mac now....

got new xbox kids..... had create new microsoft accounts did on brand new laptop.  big mistake.  made parent account , 2 kids accounts.  these microsoft accounts xbox somehow hijacked windows 10 laptop , asking me to "verify account" there no box type in fulfill request.  in short, my laptop crippled because verify account popup.  example, loaded firefox can't use because of verify error.

things have done:

i have signed on ms , eliminated kids accounts family.

i signing in locally.

i have eliminated other users laptop.

i have cleared playstore cache (whatever is)

my problem:

i loop of popups cannot satisfy:

popup text:

1. make sure microsoft account verified before ask parent permission.

2. did mean switch apps?  microsoft family features trying open microsoft family features.  (love verbage)

3. verify account continue using microsoft family features.

then click verify , popups go away , i'm square one.

this frustrating.  why on earth ms assumed wanted them controlling aspect of laptop beyond me.  wanted accounts kids able play xbox.  ordeal too.

i read lot of people have similar problems i've tried easy fixes.  new laptop....
