running windows 10 10.0.14393 build 14393

whenever open edge, screen flickers couple of times , freezes. remedy manually restart pc. 
cannot logon microsoft account. because whenever popup comes choosing account logon/register with.. freezes again.. seems every function in windows uses edge crash or freeze desktop. seems it's happening since updated system build 14393.
