upgraded win 8 8.1 win 10 backup & restore fails ( cant open nessary file )

as of 4/3/17 problem solved me

the problem in sever 12 not correctly reading backup drive ( toshiba external  hd )

windows format or not clean or reformat drive correctly .

i used third party software delete partitions, wipe drive , reformat.

then run win 7 backup & restore  completed including image of os ( win 10 )

once again thank of you for input on problem
