message cannot found

the contents of message cannot found.

i know has been asked 100's of time can not fix mine.

someone please me

usual story ... windows 10 running essentials 2012

i have few email accounts ... in storage folder section have created folder called 2003-20016

in there sub folders 2003,2004,2005 etc

all of them say

message cannot found

the contents of message cannot found.
