hi, have been trying hard update windows 10 pro current build 10240 months now. anytime did, downloads alright but keep getting results 'could not complete windows update'. missing new features in several updates after outdated build. question is, possible download iso file of latest build , update on current version without loosing data or settings or having buy activation code? if yes please need necessary links , instructions on how latest version recent one. , hope of help.

it sounds running initial version of windows 10. let's check what's preventing computer installing updates. run windows update troubleshooter to diagnose issue. download file , follow prompt. once it's done, run windows update again.
