Window 10 do not reboot after updates - Microsoft Community

my window 10 can not reboot after automatic updates, , screen shown "automatic repairing" ,  then  " window defender offline" appeared , scan file on , over.

if window 10 need re-install, how can re-install.  system upgraded window 8.

there possibility due system file corruption. proper isolation, kindly answer following:

• have tried creating recovery media restore or reinstall windows 10?
  
• does pc came windows os preinstalled?
