hi everyone.

 why loosing disc space (windows 7)? suspected "hiberfil.sys" cant find in windows, disabled hibernate , sleep features 116gb drive ("c") 95% gone no games; no vid; no songs. (maybe still need dump file.) after dumping recycle bin, on drive including office 2007, mediaplayer , few minors  adds 2.85gb. what's happening 110 gig? ideas anyone?

if not want install 3rd party software fix this, use disk cleanup , check space allocated system restore.

otherwise:

use free program see what is taking space.

you can clean hard drive using these 2 methods.

using free ccleaner program:

under no condition use registry cleaning option in ccleaner

and download, install, update , scan system free version of malwarebytes antimalware:

and norton backup, if using norton, can strange things filling hard drive space.
