windows live mail using my yahoo address is locked up and I can't - Microsoft Community

when click on icon windows.live.mail pop-up comes saying error.....2 emails not sent. can't find email not sent . whole thing frozen , cannot send or receive on windows live mail or yahoo mail address!

for better understanding issue , provide suited resolution, please answer following questions:

  • have made changes device prior issue?
  • which windows live mail version using?
