Windows 10 backup -- immediate 0x80070002 - Microsoft Community

when attempt backup windows 10, immediate 0x80070002 error code.  there no backup error codes in event viewer (administrative events or windows backup). error use follow cryptographic service failure until did "windows 10 1607 nt authority\service" fix , assumption was part of cryptographic service failure.  once cryptographic service failure fixed, left immediate 0x80070002 error , no error codes or explanation.  have run sfc scan , dism , chkdsk multiple times no errors being reported.

this problem same on both of upgraded (windows 7 windows 10) computers (a hp laptop , "home" built workstation).  have tried changing domain workgroup no affect.  the backup location networked backup computer.  there never problem setup when ran windows 7.
