looking around , playing bluetooth because bought speaker when trying change name app went away magic looked around reset comeputer , still no need connecting speaker once again ideas

hello,

we recommend turn off bluetooth , turn on again.

we suggest reinstall bluetooth drivers.

if issue still occurs, refer anil's post in thread and follow steps provided.

give update on happens.
