Fatal error C0000022 - Microsoft Community

laptop dell anspiron 15 windows 8.1. last night before went sleep clicked on "update , shutdown". morning switch on pc nothing dell logo , fatal error c0000022 applying updates 70239 of 74839 message. i'm aware it's startup problem. please me fix this, laptop week old.

there possibility received error because process has requested access object during update, has been denied. provide accurate troubleshooting steps, can send screenshot of exact error?
