Comp freezes - Microsoft Community

i have t7600 raid 1+0 running win 7 freezes up. click on ie11, aol, or cnn stops. have tried of suggestions can find on line. of updates installed. tried reloading o.s. keeping files, , when failed did other 1 supposed return pc came factory. worked few hours , it's back. if come in safe mode appears o.k.
