i have same issue , running troubleshooter has not helped.  this sooo frustrating update keeps trying load , interrupts doing many times day.  this started last 2 cumulative updates , other updates loading normally.  please help!

any of these support posts on website first suggestion , not 1 person has been helped stupid option.
thing wants delete update cache, every time nothing!
