Windows 10 don't load up properly after the latest update - Microsoft Community

after latest update windows 10 performed yesterday using avg updates, internet connection got slow , taking ages finish update, meanwhile battery went flat , switched of laptop updates didn't install (i guess). when turn on laptop , log on main user account, seems windows not able access , load account data, seems i'm not logged in , system not loaded because start menu not available, desktop not shown properly, sound , graphic cards don't load , seems it's trying load no success there file corrupted or - how can resolve this? 

all documents , accessible have use task manager , go through there able open documents window or other settings.

this issue result of missing or corrupted data files. know more issue experiencing. kindly answer following:

  • what troubleshooting steps you've done far?
  • have encountered error messages?

in meantime, suggest refer steps given zigzag3143 (ms -mvp) on link. posted use of sfc (system file checker) tool , dism tool.
