Updates failed to install - Microsoft Community

lately ms updates failed install :

started with  kb4019472 tried install automatic , manual - updates until 99% , rolls back. ( since may 17) . fails every time

tried fix kits no success.

then had kb3150513 installed 3 times  (?)

later had microsoft .net framework 4.7 windows 10 version 1607 , windows server 2016 x64 ( kb3186568 ) wich failed kb4023834 installed  ( both came together)

and 2 days ago had  kb4022715 failed install .

my system dell latitude e6430  win 10 pro 1607 os build 14393.1066

found questions , bellow replies :

1. when (approx. date) did purchase computer? may 2012

2. did computer come win10 preinstalled, did you clean install of win10, or did upgrade win7 computer or win8.1 computer [<=pick one!] to win10? upgraded win7  

3. manufactured computer (e.g., dell; hp; acer; lenovo; asus)? dell

4. has norton application or mcafee application ever been installed on computer since bought it? no never

5. have ever run norton removal tool and/or mcafee consumer products removal tool? no never. runs windows defender

6. os build of windows 10 version 1607 installed? build 14393.1066

all defender updates fine.

never had single problem updates ! pls advice .

hi archy, failed install, strange behaviour - had anti-virus turned off?

the thing suggest, seeing running version 1607, try updating creators edition might fix updating issue having -  click here and select update receive creators update . . .
