Traditional Chinese DaYi input method disappear - Microsoft Community

hi,

after updating window 8 (laptop), want type in traditional chinese using dayi input method, there seems no more dayi input method chinese. suddenly, chinese (traditional, taiwan)'s language pack not available , cannot use dayi input method.  could provide a link download software enable type in traditional chinese using dayi? thank you.
