SQL Server 2014, .Net Framework 3.5 - Microsoft Community

during installation process, requires install .net framework 3.5 service  pack1.  i did following steps install on windows 10 64 bit pc.

1. enabled .net net framework 3.1 in windows feature.

2. try install .net fw 3.5 says not installed on machine.

why why hy??????
