[SOLVED] Stuck restoring previous version of Windows - Microsoft Community

now, before responses,  cannot access bios , have installation media in disc drive, if says that, know, doesn't recognise there.

the disc drive spins , can hear it, nothing happens, , yes booting in csm.

no matter do, (bios del)  pressing any nof fn keys doesn't work, , neither del.

so if has way can boot installation media on disc, great, because have it.

as cannot access bios (uefi more specifically) cannot change boot order.  please not leave generic answers creating installation media , booting that.

if has ideas or suggestions or ideas great.

win 10, x64

i have booted installation media previously, know functional.

i have found way screen tells me "it looks started upgrade , booted installation media.  if want continue upgrade, remove media pc , click yes.  if want perform clean install instead, click no."  the problem is, when hit yes, (as not want lose data) restart , go straight restoring previous version...
