internet becomes limited randomly and works again after few seconds - Microsoft Community

every random time internet becomes limited  for few seconds , works again, every random time, idk maybe 15 minutes, annoying problem since while im playing games disconnected  and have rejoin , or if im downloading movie  i have start downloading again begin, idk do, tried things, went  router page , set time lease infinite , restarted router millions of times , tried ipconfig /renew command  and netsh 1  but nothing happend,  i need help, updated drivers , of them date , idk else should do, here ipconfig /all :  (note lease time expire every 5 minutes went router setting , made infinite still nothing changed , lease time change randomly 5 minutes 10 , happens on laptop , win7 laptop  works fine without , house devices, im sure problem on laptop not router, happens if im using ethernet or wifi)

edit:  it happend now, clicked troubleshoot problems , rested  my ethernet adapter problem ''ethernet doesnt have valid ip configuration" got fixed  but keep happening on , on in random time
