use windows firewall.

low cost 3rd party software firewalls pretty problems waiting happen. have
compatibility issues , offer few enhanced controls. in fact issues lower
overall security instead of raising it. windows firewall has no compatibility issues , is
extremely secure if know enough bypass of hype. quality software firewalls cost
thousands. routers have hardware firewalls built in , considerably better additions
buck cheap/low cost software firewall. router includes one.
