Account blocked not able to do password reset - Microsoft Community

hi email account has been blocked forgot password , entered in incorrectly many times. when tried reset unable either, though sure putting in correct details. anyway being told best option create new account need 1 i've sent out 200 wedding invites rsvp address!!
