Windows Activation, Store, Update don't work - Microsoft Community

hi! few days ago installed "creators update", @ first fine, realize couldn't install app windows store (it says error, retrying, , nothing happens) , windows update don't work ("unable reach update service"), decided use recovery tool (without loosing files) didn't fix @ all, have same problems , windows activation failed. can use internet , install programs aren't windows store, said, windows store, windows update , windows activation don't work, try troubleshooters , basic commands on cmd (as administrator), nothing works, read forum answers it, don't work neither. please help, first on activation problem, , update , store, becouse i'm tired of these update problems (on every major windows update fail on pc); have sony vaio, windows 10 home single language (updated windows 8) os version 1703, manually installed latest update kb4016240 (os build 15063.250), sorry english , please, help; braian

before performing clean installation, should back files.

"it's possible doesn't fix right?" - yes, there's possibility. however, issues you're encountering resolved performing clean installation of windows 10.

"and if do, windows 10 activated?" - based on first post, you've upgraded computer windows 8 windows 10. device automatically entitled digital license. upon installation of windows 10, automatically activated.
