Lost all documents - Microsoft Community

original title: fuming windows 10

windows 10 updated yet again last week , pc had lost wifi access. did not acknowledge wifi existed. tried phone microsoft , hopeless, people in call centre chatting script. awful. i've downgraded windows 8, have lost of documents on microsoft, not good. have forgotten original windows email login , password, so, not access old documents. nobody seems know how me, willing take money off of card every month privilege , can't reinstall microsoft office reason. can help?

i'm @ wits end, nursing student needs able use microsoft uni. help!

to assist concern, please tell how installed windows 8. did downgrade windows 10 or did perform clean install of windows 8? if did clean install of windows 8, did make backup of files?
