How to Configure some audio settings - Microsoft Community

have 1 audio output through headphones atm, issue surround sound reversed , mess sense of direction when playing games or watching videos require surround sound. there way flip audio left right or @ least disable surround sound?

to assist issue, kindly follow steps below:

1. right click volume icon.
2. click on playback devices.
3. double click default speaker.
4. on speaker properties, click on levels.
5. on hd audio output, click on balance
