Google Doc Links on Public Wi-Fi - Microsoft Community

when joined public wi-fi network, pop-up said browser features may disabled because it's public. when click on links on googe document, link files on google drive, says: 

this site can’t reached

the webpage at https://drive.google.com/ 


the links work fine on home wi-fi. i'm wondering how enable feature browser. i'm using google chrome.
