Found files while cleaning... - Microsoft Community

anyone know these files , if need keep them/ have 2 folders exact same file names, sizes , dates , can't figure them out!

the folder name is:

3f83dc96836206ca1dd35427fd3ac4b9

in these 4 folders

windows6.1-kb3135445-x64.cab

same name.xml - click on , error

same name -pkgproperties.txt

wsusscan.cab

this brand new computer came windows 7 professional

left-overs abandoned upgrade attempt. can safely delete them.
