Bitlocker Won't Resume - Microsoft Community

i paused bitlocker because coming every time computer went sleep. when tried resume got following error message. i've included troubleshooting message received when trying resolve issue (these steps found on forum) doesn't seem have helped. i'm administrator on machine that's not being recognized reason? assistance appreciated.
