AMD Carrizo DDR4 “Unsupported Hardware” message on Windows - Microsoft Community

starting april 2017 cumulative update release, devices amd carrizo ddr4 processor running windows 7 or windows 8.1 might start receive message processor not supported versions of windows.  microsoft intends continue support windows 7 , windows 8.1 processor , plans address issue causing message in future update.   

 

the message triggered once april 2017 cumulative update installed, , appear each time new update scan happens through windows update or windows server update services (wsus). plan address issue in future update.
