which edition of windows 7 running prior upgrading?
if running windows 7 home basic or home premium, should running windows 10 home.
if running windows 7 professional or ultimate, ignore message, use professional or ultimate key reactivate using chat support:

the product key located on coa sticker attached bottom of laptop or in battery compartment. in rare cases can found in memory compartment. tower systems, @ top or side of system unit. it looks following:

- use digital camera capture picture of coa enlarge on computer.
