Windows Media Player - Microsoft Community

hi, got new hp, i'm trying schoolwork , every time try open files professor on blackboard, message.

it's mp4 video , m4a audio i'm trying open.

windows media player cannot access file. file might in use, might not have access computer file stored, or proxy settings might not correct.

please help

proxy settings thru phone-line,in internet options,set default,in connections tab,

leave blank,unless use phone-line-based connection.then in advanced tab,locate "reset to

advanced settings" button.
