windows 10 version 1607 update - Microsoft Community

i have surface pro 2 running windows 10 version 1511.

it not update 1607.

i have tried update several times.

i tried online update , offline update.

i ran update troubleshooter , found no problems.

i ran updateregistry installer: "windows 10 1607 script fix unblock update windows insiders".

the service running.

all other services set default factory settings and have not been changed.

i have 52gb of free disk space.

i not running anti-virus, anti-malware or other third party software.

i tried restoring image copy made after updating windows 8 10.

all devices installed.

windows 10 pro activated.

i'm running 64bit intel i5 45200u 1.6/2.3ghz machine 4gb memory.

any other ideas?

please restart computer , allow 20 minutes system run before uploading information required me investigate problem. when examining event viewer log files many, not all, problems show in period after computer has been booted.

 

please provide copy of system information file. access system information file select keyboard shortcut win+r, type msinfo32 and click ok . place cursor on system summary. select file, export , give file name noting located. click save. files in txt file format preferred.do not place cursor within body of report before exporting file.the system creates new system information file each time system information accessed. need allow minute or 2 file populated before exporting copy. please upload file onedrive, share , post link here. if report in language other english, please state language.

 

please upload onedrive , share copy of system log file from event viewer , post link here. please remove earlier copies of logs onedrive.

 

to access system log select keyboard shortcut win+r, type eventvwr.msc , press the enter key. list in left side of window select windows logs , system. place cursor on system, select action menu , save events as (the default evtx file type) , give file name. not provide filtered files. do not place cursor in list of reports before selecting action menu. not clear logs whilst have continuing problem.
