Windows 10 reset: MS Office and Outlook gone after Windows reset - Microsoft Community

pc not boot.  windows repair , system restore not work did windows 10 reset.  ms office , outlook apps missing.  .html file created on desktop named "removed apps".  third party apps "itunes" listed office , outlook not listed removed apps.  searched c: drive *.ost, *.pst , *.pab file names found nothing.

are office , outlook gone?  email gone?  stated system reset not remove data.

in settings > system , security > reset, here choices:

both choices remove apps, including office programs.  maybe read more next time?
