Update KB4015217 - Microsoft Community

went on month's vacation.  on return multiple updates installed, kb4015217 has repeatedly failed.  i have tried diagnostic , manually installing update.  both failed.  currently windows 10 start menu functions (edge, mail, calculator, weather, news, etc.) work 30 minutes after turn on computer , freeze until restart.  how can correct this?
