show or hide updates tool, work in windows 10 version 1703 ?

hi,

the article show or hide updates tool last reviewed on august 2016. haven't test in creators update yet recommend latest update possible. however, tool works on anniversary update, should working on creators update too.

if run tool, create restore point first have go if things went south.

we'll wait feedback.
