Explorer.exe constantly restarting (even in safe mode) - Microsoft Community

okay started me being on skype , making phone call company , skype froze , had issues it. blabla forced stop task manager , 3 minutes later got random blue screen of death)

anyways.... restarted pc , logged in account , instantly greeted explorer.exe has stopped working, trying find solution attempts restart explorer.exe

it's doing , won't stop. (explorer.exe crashes every 10 seconds in safe mode , in normal mode crashes takes few minutes come crashes right away.

in safe mode , it's still doing it.

what have tried:

sfc  /verifyonly
c:\windows\system32>sfc /verifyonly

beginning system scan.  process take time.

beginning verification phase of system scan.
verification 100% complete.

windows resource protection found integrity violations. details included in

the cbs.log windir\logs\cbs\cbs.log. example c:\windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log

sfc /scannow (gives me error @ 8%)

windows resource protection not perform requested operation.

opened laptop see if loose (also cleaned bit)

virus scans.

checked in regedit that's in windows logon it's talking shell has explorer.exe dont have named shell...

i not want factory restart laptop or reinstall os. dont have restart point, cd or anything, please keep in mind

please me issue laptop not usable in regular mode. in safemode networking , it's extremely frustrating.

sfc scan doesnt work.
ran chkdsk before didtn find anything.

fixed issue, downloaded program called dll care , downloaded es.dll file , replaced , error  explorer.exe stopped happening. laptop works fine now.
